This project included alterations and an addition to three converted
industrial buildings which now provide educational/community activity
needs within a dense urban neighborhood setting. Site challenges
included the insertion of a 6,000 square foot addition along with an
instructional playground and reorganization of existing parking fields,
driveways and cuing and drop-off functions. The addition includes a new
Child Care “Head Start” Classroom, Children’s Dining Hall, Commercial
Kitchen and Conference Room. |
