Facilities will include a 4,000 square foot, 2 story Community Center
including:
rentable meeting rooms, activity and hospitality rooms a fitness
center, locker
rooms, management offices and catering kitchen, a Swimming Pool
Complex,
with 75’long, 5 lane lap pool, landscaped escarpment, cabanas, and pool
house,
tennis courts and basketball court. The green, sustainable overall
design is
intended to blend naturally with the existing rolling landscape as well
as the
built community it will serve.
